IHSA allows coaches to have 25 contact days (practice) during the summer for anyone in grades 9th-12th (grad year 2025) during the summer. If interested in running boys or girls cross country these are a great opportunity for you to get a head start on tryouts in August. Please try to attend as many if not all sessions.
