I,the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and adminitstrators, waive and release all claims for damages, actions and causes of actions against Alton High School and their affiliates, subsidiaries, officials, representatives, employees, successors and assigns, for any injuries my child suffers while or as a result of attending camp. In addition, I attest my child possesses medical insurance. Finally, I grant full permission for the legitimate use of my child’s name, photographs, recordings (audio and video) and other records of this event.

Cost: $30 (includes camp shirt)
Location: Alton High School – Piasa Motor Fuels Field
You’re invited to the 2024 Redbird Soccer Camp! Please join us for 3 days of fun soccer instruction from the AHS Boys and Girls soccer staff and players. Camp includes t-shirt and free ticket to AHS vs Belleville West on September 10 th . Please email the following form by May 24 th to gnasello@altonschools.org or shayna.jones@lifelineyouth.org or turn in to Alton Athletic Office. Bring cash or check made out to ACUSD #11 on 1st day of camp.
