The AHS Boys Golf Team lost their first match of the season - dropping a hard fought match to the Edwardsville Tigers...156-145. Joe Schwartz earned Medalist honors, along with Edwardsville's Ty Zeller. Both golfers shot an even par 35. Clint Cress shot an impressive 1 over 36, but these scores could not overcome 5 Edwardsville golfers who shot in the 35, 36, 36,37 and 38. Mitch Klug shot a 42 and Alan Bower shot a 43 to round out the scoring for Alton.
