Trying Out?

Dear Middle School and High School Parents,

Both Alton High School and Alton Middle School athletics will be using a new platform to complete athletic registration for the 2024-2025 school year.  Healthy Roster is an electronic medical records program that has been used for the last several years at AHS to communicate and document injury information.  This program will allow school district staff to communicate quickly with you in the case of an emergency as well as you to communicate with the school's Athletic Trainers who oversee our athlete’s healthcare needs.

If you currently have a Healthy Roster account please access it and under the documents section complete the two required documents.  This along with turning in an updated physical to the athletic office or school nurse will complete your students' athletic registration for the 2024-2025 school year

If your student doesn’t have a Healthy Roster profile please complete the google form linked below and our staff will create one for you.  Once it is created you will receive an email from Healthy Roster to complete setting up the account.  Then once you have an account please complete the required documents.

All physicals can be turned into the AMS or AHS Athletic Offices. Once a physical is turned in and your athletic documents are completed in Healthy Roster you can get an ADMIT card to try out for your individual sport.
