Alton High School is proud to announce the hiring of Becca Adney as the Head Boys & Girls Cross Country Coach at Alton High School.  Coach Adney is a graduate of Alton High School as well as University of Indiana at Kokomo where she ran Cross Country. Coach Adney has been an Assistant Coach within the Redbird Cross Country program recently and also has been coaching for 3 years in the spring with our Boys Track program at AHS. Coach Adney is replacing Coach Tammy Talbert who recently stepped down as Head Coach of the program after many years as both an Assistant Coach and Head Coach in the XC program as she will be retiring this spring. Coach Adney teaches PE in ACUSD # 11.
